if you leave: cancel anytime and export your projects

£19 a month

for the whole team up to 5 people, excluding tax

Every task has an owner, a due date and a place to talk about it. Everything else is noise — and Omega Work clears it away.

Step 1 of 5

Requests arrive as tasks

Through a form you share with colleagues and clients, filed in the right project and already filled in. No more copying emails into a list.

Step 2 of 5

The plan lives on a Gantt chart

Due dates, dependencies and the launch milestone: if one thing slips, you see straight away what slips with it.

Step 3 of 5

Everyone knows what to do today

One assignee and one due date per task, and each person’s workload measured against their hours.

Step 4 of 5

Conversations happen on the task

Comments, @mentions and files next to the work. Approvals stay on record — who decided, and when.

Step 5 of 5

Leadership sees the status without asking

Rules notify the people who need to know; the portfolio shows what’s on track and what’s at risk.

Six views, one set of data

List, Kanban board and Gantt chart on the same project

  1. 01List

Tasks grouped by section, with assignee, due date and status in columns. It’s where you write things down and put them in order.

  2. 02Kanban board

The same tasks in columns by status. Drag a card from “In progress” to “In review” and a rule tells the approver.

  3. 03Timeline and Gantt

A Gantt chart with dependencies: if the photo shoot slips, you see what slips after it, all the way to the launch milestone.

  4. 04Calendar

Due dates across the month, so you spot the crowded weeks before they become a problem.

  5. 05Dashboard

Completed, in progress, overdue, by assignee: charts that update themselves as work gets done.

  6. 06Workload

Each person’s hours, week by week, against their capacity. Whoever is in the red shows up before it turns into a delay.

Six sample screens of the same project, “Autumn campaign launch”: tasks in a list, grouped by section; the board with To do, In progress, In review and Done columns; the Gantt chart with dependency arrows and the launch milestone; the September calendar with due dates; the dashboard with completed and overdue tasks, and tasks by assignee; the workload by person and by week.

Everyday work

Team task management: everyone knows what to do, nobody has to ask by email

My tasks

Everyone opens their own page and knows what to do today

Everything assigned to you, from every project, split into today, this week and later. Tick it off and it’s done for everyone.

Inbox

The news that concerns you, without email chains

Mentions, comments, approval requests and new tasks arrive in a single list. Clear it like an inbox.

Portfolios and goals

From today’s task to this quarter’s goal

A client’s or a department’s projects in a portfolio with each one’s status, and goals that move as work gets done.

  • On track, at risk, off track
  • Progress calculated, not reported
  • One view for leadership

A sample portfolio with five projects and their status — on track, at risk, off track — and three quarterly goals with their progress as a percentage.

Automation

Rules, forms and templates: let the software do the repetitive work

The things someone does by hand today — moving, assigning, notifying, retyping a request — become rules that run on their own. No code required.

Automation rules

A trigger, a condition and one or more actions: when a task changes status, section or due date, the rule moves it, assigns it, comments or notifies.

Request forms

A link for colleagues and clients: every request lands as a task in the right project, already filled in.

Project templates

Start from a project you’ve already built: sections, tasks and due dates are recalculated from the start date.

Custom fields

Budget, client, channel, estimated hours: filter them in the list and add them up on dashboards.

A sample task, “Q4 budget review”: assignee, due date, budget, subtasks, two comments with an @mention and the recorded approval.

Collaboration

Comments, @mentions and approvals on the task, not in a hundred emails

  • Comments on the task

Discuss the work right next to it, with the files and the change history. Whoever joins later reads everything in one place.

  • @mentions

An @mention reaches the right person in their inbox, without copying half the office.

  • Approvals

Approve, request changes or reject: the decision stays on the task, with who made it and when.

  • Project messages

The brief, the kick-off, the monthly status: updates that matter to everyone live in the project, not in someone’s mailbox.

On the go

Your team’s tasks on any phone, laptop or tablet

Omega Work runs in the browser, so there’s nothing to install and nothing to update. Add it to your phone’s home screen and it opens like an app.

Notifications

A notification on your computer or phone when you’re assigned a task, mentioned, or a due date is coming up — even with the tab closed.

Due dates in your calendar

Paste one link into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and your due dates appear next to your meetings.

Chat and your tools

Updates sent to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord or Telegram, signed webhooks, and an API key for Zapier, Make or your own scripts.

Omega Work as a module

Put Omega Work inside your own software, as if you’d built it yourself

No second sign-in

One click in your software’s menu and Omega Work opens with that person’s account. No extra password.

Your colours, your rules

Light or dark theme, your brand colour, and hide the parts you already have: only the work remains.

Notifications in your app

Assignments, mentions and due dates appear in your software’s notification bell; one click opens the task.

  • Opens only on the sites you authorise, nowhere else
  • Automatic sign-in with single-use tickets valid for 60 seconds

Why Omega Work

Project software shouldn’t cost a licence per person

It replaces the per-user licences of the mid-tier plan and the advanced plan for portfolios and goals of software sold per user: for 15 people that comes to about £284 a month. Here it is £35 a month, all included.

Your data stays yours, even if you leave one day

  • A backup every day

Your workspace is backed up automatically every day: if a project is deleted by mistake, it can be recovered.

  • Servers in the European Union

Data is hosted in the EU, and how it’s processed is set out in a data processing agreement in our legal documents — not on a marketing page.

  • Read-only first, with time to export

If your subscription ends, the workspace doesn’t vanish overnight: it stays open in read-only mode for 30 days, so you can export everything or resubscribe. Only after that is it deleted, as our Terms of Service set out.

  • Export whenever you like

Projects and tasks export to a CSV file that opens in any spreadsheet — no need to ask, no charge.

Tailor-made

Need something that isn’t here? We can build it

Omega Work can be customised to fit the way you work: a feature written around your process, a module that doesn’t exist yet, a connection to software you already use. It isn’t included in the standard price — we quote for it separately, either as a one-off project or as a dedicated subscription, and agree the price on a call once we’ve looked at what you really need.

What’s insideAll 29 features, in every plan
  • Projects and tasks

Every piece of work becomes a task with an assignee, a due date, subtasks and files. Sections keep the project’s phases in order.

  • List view

Tasks grouped by section, with assignee, due date, priority and custom fields in columns. Reorder them by dragging.

  • Kanban board

The same tasks in columns: To do, In progress, In review, Done. Drag them across and let rules do the rest.

  • Timeline and Gantt

The project’s Gantt chart, with dependencies between tasks and milestones: move one bar and see what slips after it.

  • Calendar

The project’s due dates on a monthly or weekly calendar, so busy weeks stand out at a glance.

  • Dashboards and reports

Charts built on your project data: tasks completed, overdue, by assignee and by status. They update themselves.

  • Workload

How much work each person has, week by week, and who is over capacity before it turns into a delay.

  • My tasks

One page with everything assigned to you across all projects: today, this week, later.

  • Inbox

Mentions, comments, assignments and approvals that concern you, in a list you can clear. No email chains.

  • Comments and @mentions

Discuss the work on the task, with the file right there. An @mention notifies the right person and stays in the history.

  • Approvals

A task can ask for approval: approve, request changes or reject, with the reason and the date on record.

  • Project messages

Updates that matter to the whole project — the brief, the kick-off, the monthly status — live in the project, not in email.

  • Time tracking

Log time against a task, with a date and a note, and compare it with the estimate.

  • Portfolios

All of a client’s or a department’s projects in one table: status, progress, owner and due date, so you know where to step in.

  • Goals

Quarterly goals linked to the projects that move them forward, with progress calculated from completed work.

  • Milestones

The project’s key moments marked on the timeline: the launch, the delivery, the client review.

  • Automation rules

When a task changes status, section or due date, a rule moves it, assigns it, adds a comment or notifies the right people.

  • Request forms

A form with a shareable link: every request arrives as a task in the right project, already filled in.

  • Project templates

A campaign launch, a client onboarding, a sprint: start from a template and the dates recalculate themselves.

  • Custom fields

Budget, channel, client, priority, estimated hours: the fields your work needs, filterable and totalled on dashboards.

  • Recurring tasks

Weekly reports, month-end checks, renewals: a task that comes back on its own, on the schedule you set.

  • Due dates in your calendar

A link you paste once into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook: due dates appear next to your meetings, on desktop and phone.

  • Notifications when it matters

A notification on your computer or phone when you’re assigned something, mentioned, or a due date is near — even with the tab closed.

  • Slack, Teams and your tools

Updates posted to your team’s chat (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord, Telegram) and signed webhooks. With an API key you can connect Zapier, Make or your own code.

  • AI assistants

A built-in MCP server lets AI assistants that support it read and update your tasks, using an API key you control.

  • Teams and permissions

Teams by department or by client, public or private projects, and who can edit, comment or only view.

  • Guests

Invite a client or freelancer to a single project, to comment or just to view, without opening up the rest of the workspace.

  • A backup every day

Your workspace is backed up every day on servers in the European Union: if a project is deleted by mistake, it can be recovered.

  • Import and export

Bring in tasks from Excel or CSV; export a project to CSV whenever you like. If your subscription ends, the workspace stays readable for 30 days.

Questions

What teams ask us before they try it

How much does it cost?

Plans start at £19 per month, excluding tax, for up to 5 people; then £35 for up to 15 people, £69 for up to 40 people, £129 for up to 100 people and a custom quote for over 100 people. The first month is free and no credit card is required; pay yearly and you get 2 months free. Every plan includes every feature: no add-on modules, no set-up fees and no minimum term — cancel whenever you like, without notice or penalties. It replaces the per-user licences of the mid-tier plan and the advanced plan for portfolios and goals of software sold per user: for 15 people that comes to about £284 a month. Here it is £35 a month, all included.

What is Omega Work?

It’s cloud project management software for teams: projects and tasks with an assignee and a due date, list, Kanban board, timeline (Gantt chart) and calendar views, dashboards, workload, portfolios, goals, automation rules, request forms, templates and custom fields. It runs in your browser, on desktop and mobile, with nothing to install.

Why is it priced per workspace rather than per person?

Because in real teams plenty of people only join to comment, approve or check a due date, and charging a licence for each of them discourages exactly the people who should take part. Here there’s one price for the whole workspace, in tiers by number of active people: up to 5 people for £19 a month, up to 15 for £35, with every feature in every plan.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union, with a backup every day. How your data is processed is set out in the data processing agreement (DPA) in our legal documents.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your workspace doesn’t disappear overnight: it switches to read-only. You and your team can still open projects, tasks and comments and export your projects; you just can’t make changes until the subscription restarts. Once the contract has ended, that read-only period lasts 30 days; the workspace is then deleted within a further 30 days, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, at any time. Each project exports to a CSV file — tasks, subtasks, sections, assignees, dates and custom fields — that opens in any spreadsheet, without asking anyone and at no cost.

Is Omega Work an alternative to Asana, Trello, monday.com and ClickUp?

Yes: it has the same core views (list, Kanban board, timeline with Gantt, calendar) plus portfolios, goals, workload, forms and rules in every plan, with no “advanced” tier. The main difference is pricing: one price per workspace instead of a licence per person. What it doesn’t have is a catalogue of hundreds of ready-made integrations, single sign-on or two-factor authentication. There are feature-by-feature comparisons on our Asana, Trello, monday.com and ClickUp pages.

Can I import what I already have?

Yes: a task list from Excel or CSV becomes a project, with the columns recognised automatically (name, section, assignee, start date, due date, description, completed). Asana, Trello and monday.com exports work too. For bigger migrations, we look at your exported files together before promising anything.

What’s the difference between the list, the board and the timeline?

They’re three ways of looking at the same tasks. The list has columns and is handy for writing and sorting; the board puts tasks in columns by status, Kanban-style; the timeline lays them out over time as a Gantt chart, with dependencies. Switch views and the data stays the same.

How do automation rules work?

A rule has a trigger and an action: for example, “when a task moves to In review, assign it to the approver and add a comment”, or “when a request arrives through the form, put it in Triage with high priority”. You set them up from the project, without writing any code.
