Delete your account
Use this page to ask for your Omega Work account — on the website and in the iOS and Android apps — to be deleted, together with the data linked to it. Omega Work is provided by OutLine Digital Agency. You do not need to sign in, and it costs nothing.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash), sessions, memberships of workspaces, API keys, notification devices and calendar feeds.
What stays with your organisation
If an organisation gave you access, the tasks, comments and files you created in its workspace belong to that organisation, which decides whether to keep them. You are removed from the workspace and we pass your request on to its administrators.
If you own a workspace
The workspaces you own are deleted together with your account — their data and files, for everyone who works in them. The confirmation page lists them by name first. A workspace whose subscription is still renewing must be cancelled, or transferred to a colleague, before the request can be completed.
What we keep by law
Invoices and accounting records, the subscription agreement and the record of contractual acceptances, for 10 years. Copies in backups disappear as the rotation runs, at the latest about three months later.
Once you confirm, the deletion is carried out immediately in most cases, and in any event within 30 days. We confirm by email when it is done.
