When it makes sense to stay with ClickUp
ClickUp does a lot, and for some teams that breadth is the point. Stay if:
- you use ClickUp as your wiki, whiteboard and chat as well as for tasks, and don’t want separate tools;
- the free plan covers what you need;
- you need single sign-on or two-factor authentication today.
Omega Work makes sense when you want project management that the whole team understands without training, every feature in every plan, and one price for the workspace instead of a licence per person. To move a list across, export it from ClickUp as CSV and upload it with “Import from Excel or CSV…”.
